Physical activity (at least 30 minutes most days for adults and 60 minutes every day for kids) is crucial for good health. Physical activity is especially important for children if they are to grow into healthy adults. Getting active now will benefit them throughout their lives.

Turn over a new leaf in autumn!

Just because it’s a little colder outside, there’s no reason to delay taking more physical activity. Dig out your scarf and hat, get outside and let some blustery weather blow away the cobwebs, or oil up the bike and get cycling towards better health. It may be a bit colder, but there’s still plenty of physical active fun kids can enjoy – both indoors and outdoors!
