This fun Activity record book was first developed and distributed in 2009 to help children keep track of how much physical activity they are getting. The Activity record book is being widely redistributed this September, as part of the physical activity campaign, but if your child doesn’t receive it a PDF version is available for download below:

Step by step

This booklet has been developed for adults with learning disabilities to encourage them to walk more. Using simply illustrated text, it outlines the benefits of walking for everyone and encourages participants to track their daily steps in order to build up to over 10,000 a day.
