A new poster is on display at bus stops and you might also see it at your local GP practice or leisure centre. A PDF version is available here (266KB).

A fun Activity record book has been developed to help families keep track of how much physical activity they are getting. The Activity record book is being distributed to schools before the summer holidays but if your child doesn’t receive it a PDF version is available here (3.43MB).
