The New you magazine was first published as part of a physical activity campaign to promote awareness of the message that 30 minutes of moderate physical activity on five days or more days of the week will have significant health benefits. In addition to information on physical activity the magazine also includes information on healthy eating as well as celebrity features and great ideas to help you manage your life.
